ripping good time ....

I've been making yarn from sheets so that I can crochet another rug.  These rugs are so soft and comfy ... I can't get enough of them.  ^^

That sounds interesting! Can't wait to see how you do that. Pity I don't know how to crochet - although I have knitted an Amanda Jean designed mat which I use in front of the laundry tub.

I made one out of jeans, didn't think it would ever wear out. Be sure to show us the finish.

That is a good idea, never thought of that, and i have some old flannel ones that would work nice in a braided rug.

Hmmmmmm. That sounds like a very interesting idea. I have all sorts of old sheets and skirts and shirts. It would be nice to be able to use them for something rather than throwing them away. It would be great to see your finished rug.

What a great way to re-purpose old sheets! Hope you're having a wonderful summer, Kate!
