not always loafing

I'm not always loafing by the water - some times I actually am quite busy, lol. This morning I made apple jelly and and 2 wee jars of apple & mint jelly.  We like mint jelly with lamb but, unfortunately,  lamb is scarce in our neck of the woods; interestingly, the lamb that is available is from New Zealand (and mighty fine lamb) but where does our Canadian grown lamb go?  I'm not sure how the mint jelly will taste since I used spearmint and chocolate mint but mint is mint.

I also made a loaf of bread and a filled focaccia - no photo since it was in our tummies before the camera came out!

I did look at the baby blanket that I'm working on but, alas, only had time to look at it and think about what had to be done next. Oh yah, and I did some laundry, and ........... well, you get the picture.

Hello
So interesting - you eat NZ Lamb! We just had roast lamb on Sunday. Yum. We
Like lots of rosemary with ours.
Looks like Tongariro may quiet down. The weather has been ugh so we haven't had a good look since it blew it's stack.
