We had our first snowfall - just a skiff of snow that quickly disappeared but it served as a reminder that our warm fall weather is over and Old Man Winter is on his way....
In my excitement over the snow I made a Yorkshire Pudding to serve with our roast beef and it turned out so well that I had to take a photo of it. ^^
It was crispy on the top and bottom and tasted as good as it looked. Yes, the two of us ate all of it - not at one sitting mind you. Yorkshire Pudding is also good when it's cold witha bit of butter on it. ^^
The McLaren crest project that I posted about here .... the one that took mea decade, yes a decade, forever to stitch is finished. I framed it with a plaid fabric similar to the McLaren Tartan. The chart is now in my sister's capable hands.

Kate your Yorkshire Pud is HUGE!!! My son would have been in Heaven, he only enjoys a roast dinner if there are Yorkshire Puds :D

Mmmm...yorkshire pudding. My mom used to make it with roast beef, but she made them up in muffin tins, and served them hot, with butter...loved it melting down my chin lol. Haven't had them in 10-12 years as I became allergic to eggs. Food allergies...Baa Humbug! They keep threatening us with snow...but none yet. Enjoy!

We have only had tiny skiffs of snow here so far. But the wood stove has been going steadily for a month already. Your pudding looks so yummy! Congrats on finishing the McLaren crest. It looks fabulous!

Reminds me of good old times when we visited our aunt in Engeland, we eat roastbeef with yorkshire pudding. We never eat it in The Netherlands. It look so tasty, I will give it a try. We do not see much snow during the winter nowedays..
OK - so your lovely brook and great projects already had me...but then you had to go and make me drool (seriously) by showing that gorgeous Yorkshire Pudding...(my fave in all the world!). What a fun stop on this wonderful blog hop - I'm visiting you from the Northumberland Shore in Nova Scotia.
My mama has made yorkshire for all the years I can remember- it took her lots of practise not to burn it she says.. It never lasts long enough when she makes it to have butter on it the next day. I love it with gravy and roast beef.
