finally ...

Thankfully the heatwave is over and it's a pleasure to be outdoors again.
I finally have a finish to share with you -  a matchbook needlecase, instead of a card,  for my sister's birthday.  Since she sews it seemed appropriate and it's more useful than a card.  ^^  It's not an original idea but one shared by Claire .
The design is from Lesley Teare.  There's an "oops" -  did you spot it?

We now have a new batch of Million Dollar Relish.
I've been making this one since I was a young married (and that's a
very long time).  ^^

A matchbox needlecase, that's really cool to send to some one who sews or stitches instead of a card. I love your version. And have to go and browse Claire's blog. It's always nice to find a new blog with creative ideas.
