I made some Boursin - it's delicious and a favourite of my fella's ...
1 part butter
2 parts cream cheese
add flavour(s) of choice -
mine is usually garlic, chives,
cracked black pepper
and dried cranberries -
whiz together in food processor

That sounds delicious.
I ever heard of that name, but I do miss cream cheese. I can tolerate yogurt, wonder how I would do with cream cheese, would be nice to make my own dips.
