wee mousie ...

This wee mousie is what I've been working on this past week.  It was a toss up whether  it was a male and should have a toque and scarf or a female with a hooded cape - I wanted to make the cape  - it can have a toque another time.    ^^  As you can see I ran out of grey yarn so she has black feet shoes.  I'm not good at making amirigumi and especially don't do well with the facial features but it is what it is.

There has been such mild weather this week that a large amount of our snow cover disappeared.   Can you believe we had a few days of  +4C!?!?

be like a sunflower so that even on the darkest days
you will stand tall and find the sunlight

That is adorable and love the hooded cape. I want to try some mice with needle felting, love dressing them up.

It's just adorable! I love sweet little mice with such personality! And the sunflower quote will go in my journal today! It will be near 70 here in Florida but we feel like that's nice and cool!

Your mouse is adorable. We have been 10-15 degrees above normal since 2019 came in. Enjoy your week, Kate!

Charming! I like her black feet. :-)
P.S.: I described how I made the gnome on my blog, as an answer to your comment (http://francenadeau.com/blog/crocheted-gnome/). I hope it's sufficient.
Have a beautiful day!

I think she's adorable. I've tried amirigumi before and I just can't do it. You did much better than I could have

Aww--such a cute mouse :) She is so cute in her green cape, Kate!

We've had NO snow here all winter--only a bit in early December. It doesn't even seem like winter as it has been warm here, too... I miss the white landscape, but it sure does make it easy to get around :)

You are not good at amigurumi??? Excuse me ma'am! I think that is an understatement! Your little mouse is just perfect, face and black shoes all together! I think you should do more amigurumi!
