These fresh greens are making us feel Spring-like ... am I beginning to sound desperate for Spring?
The top dish contains beets, carrots, potato and daikon.
The bottom one has a Napa cabbage.

I think there are a lot of us that are getting desperate for spring...lol
I do enjoy salads in the spring and summer and definitely in the mood to start making them again.

Looks delish! We are having a really nice spring. The temps rose up to 24 degrees C!
